Before joining Autofleet, she held senior operations and Chief of Staff roles at Gravyty, where she led post-merger integrations, scaled global teams, and drove CRM transformation. Earlier in her career, she built and led sales operations at SimilarWeb and held consulting roles at Deloitte Digital's Salesforce practice. Janessa holds a BA in Spanish and Business Studies from Butler University.
