Customer Video Spotlight Featuring: Genii Transport Optimized Last-Mile Delivery

‍Genii Transport is an independent delivery and logistics company operating in London. Genii offers last-mile delivery solutions for same-day and next-day deliveries with a fleet that includes push-bikes, motorbikes, and small and large vans.

What is Genii?

Genii Transport specializes in same-day and next-day deliveries within Central London. 

‍What would you say to anyone considering optimizing their operations?   

In business, we're always looking to reduce costs and worry about our overheads. But optimizing is money very well spent, and it's gonna save you a lot of money in the long term. Once you see what the operations are able to do when you optimize them, it's an absolute no brainer. 

‍Why did you choose Autofleet as your partner? 

The reason we chose Autofleet is that we had spent a lot of time looking around the market. We spoke with a lot of different partners. Autofleet had the best system by quite a long way. 

We also found that the people we spoke to at Autofleet had a lot of good ideas, and they were willing to work with us, grow with us, and give us a platform to build from.

‍What part of the solution were you most impressed by?

The Driver App actually. Previously, the apps that we used were quite clunky, and they took quite a lot of time to navigate through. It would cause some of our drivers to run late, and they would get confused, creating manual tasks for our operations staff.

Since we've started using Autofleet, we haven't had any problems with the app. Our customers are really happy with the updates they're getting, and the drivers are getting from A to B a lot quicker and find the app a lot easier to use.

‍What was working with Autofleet like? 

I think that Autofleet are able to come up with new ideas. They're quick. If you need something to be organized or sorted out for you, they're able to move with the times and be at the forefront of the technology sector.
