1. Organizer
The Optimizers Awards 2026 is organized and operated by Autofleet Ltd.

2. Purpose of the Awards
The Optimizers Awards recognize excellence, innovation, and measurable impact in fleet and mobility operations.
The Awards are honorary recognition programs. No monetary compensation is provided unless expressly stated by the Organizer.
Autofleet takes its ethical responsibilities seriously, and seeks to eliminate any actual or perceived bias in its commercial dealings. This recognition is in no way tied to current or future business or commercial dealings and is instead designed to celebrate outstanding contributions to the field in which Autofleet innovates. Reward recipients will be recognized on Autofleet’s website and receive a recognition statue, which will not exceed $50 in value. Those submitting a nomination are encouraged to review any applicable ethics or commercial conduct policies before submitting nominations.
3. Eligibility
- Nominations are open globally to individuals and teams operating within the fleet and mobility industry.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- Self nominations are required unless otherwise stated in a specific category.
- Employees of Autofleet and members of the judging panel may not nominate themselves.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local laws and internal employer policies.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility at its sole discretion.
4. Nomination Period
- Nominations open on Mar 17, 2026
- Nominations close on May 15, 2026 at 23:59 IST
Submissions received after the deadline or that are incomplete, corrupted, or non compliant may be disqualified.
5. Submission Requirements
By submitting a nomination, the participant confirms that:
- The information provided is accurate and truthful.
- The participant is aware of and consents to the nomination.
- The participant has the legal right to submit the information and materials provided.
- The submission does not infringe any intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights of any third party.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Judging and Selection
- Finalists and winners will be selected by a judging panel appointed by Autofleet.
- Judging criteria may include measurable impact, innovation, operational excellence, scalability, and industry contribution.
- The Organizer may request additional verification or supporting documentation.
- All decisions are final. A nominee may decline their nomination at their discretion.
7. Publicity and Use of Submissions
By submitting a nomination, participants grant Autofleet a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to:
- Review and evaluate submissions for judging purposes
- Publish the names, job titles, company names, and summaries of finalists and winners
- Use submitted materials for Awards related promotion, media outreach, website publication, social media, and event communications
Autofleet will not materially alter submitted content in a way that misrepresents the nominee.
If a participant does not wish for certain information to be made public, they must clearly indicate this at the time of submission.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data collected through the nomination form will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including where relevant the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and other applicable privacy regulations.
Personal data may be used for:
- Administration and operation of the Awards
- Communication with nominators and nominees
- Announcement and promotion of finalists and winners
Data may be transferred internationally where necessary for the administration of the Awards, subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autofleet shall not be liable for:
- Technical failures, system errors, or submission disruptions
- Loss, delay, corruption, or misdirection of entries
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
10. Modification and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Awards if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, legal requirements, or events beyond its reasonable control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Autofleet Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
